Mr. Fouty, the Developer has broad experience in all aspects of condominium development. As a professional land surveyor for 30 years, Mr. Fouty engaged in the surveying of many plat and condominium projects and in 1990 transitioned into the development end beginning with the beautiful Pine Knoll Estates in Williamstown Township and currently with Hilltop Condominium Homes at Park Lake.
